I just take a short visit here in North Ireland before I live UK. My mother have birthday tomorow so then I will bee home. I loves to go walks and look at the nature so I just will do that, now.

    day 3 - Culture

    I am wery preoccupied for culture in differente land, and then I most find out somthing about Wales! The people in Wales is so busy and I not get them, but I don't stop. I went to the libary. There I found somthing.



    Literature:
    Wales can claim one of the oldest unbroken literary traditions in Europe. The literary tradition of Wales stretches back to the sixth century and, with the inclusion of Geoffrey of Monmouth and Gerald of Wales, boasts two of the finest Latin authors of the Middle Ages.

    Music:
    Wales is often referred to as "the land of song". They have notable harpists, male choirs, and solo artists.

    Museum:
    The National Museum of Wales is the most famus museum, and of course it is national. It is made up of seven sites across the country. The National Museum Cardiff, St Fagans National History Museum and Big Pit National Coal Museum incude this bites.

    Art:
    Many works of Celtic art have been found in Wales. In the Early Medieval period, the Celtic Christianity of Wales was part of the Insular art of the British Isles.

    Next country been… (day 3- travel to a new land)

    Now i will travel to Wales! Before I travel to Wales I most know little bit of the country. Here is some facts:

Before they think you been infection when you only tuch them, but that is not right, and that proved Diana. Afther a time Princ Charls and Diana divorce, and then Diana not been a princess eny more, but she bee called ''The people princess''. She died in a car/paparatsi accident.

    The climate of Scotland is temperate and oceanic, and tends to be very changeable.

    The national Gallery was wery interesting, but little bit to boring. It was old art, and that is good, but still little bit boring. I had not regretted to come there and look.

    Yesterday I just look around and take a break before I start to travel around in Scotland, Edinburgh, but today I want to see The National Gallery of Scotland. They have art from Da Vinci, Raphael, Titian, El Greco, Rembrandt, Rubens and Van Gogh. It is open from 10:00 to 19:00, and now the clock is 11:36 so I think I should go.

    Day 1 - On the train in Scotland

    Dear diary!

    Now I am on the train in Edinburg. I take the fly from Norway (Gardemoen) to the airport in Edinburgh. The travel look to be good! Now it is 8*C, and it because it’s winter here too.  Here is some pictures from my travel:

    Some minutes ago I talk little bit with a British boy. I learn something important! Look at the dialog:

    Me: Oh, you is a sweet little boy!
    The boy: Thank you miss…
    Me: Haavorsen, Siv Haavorsen, but just call me Siv. Everybody do that.
    The boy: Okay.
    Me: What is your name?
    The boy: My name is Chris.
    Me: Oh, that was a beautiful name! Where are you from, Chris?
    The boy: I am from Great Britain!
    Me: oh now! You are from Scotland, right?
    The boy: Yes, but I am from Great Britain to and also United Kingdom!
    Me: How can that be?
    The boy: Great Britain is the same like England, Scotland and Wales together.
    Me: But what with United Kingdom?
    The boy: Yes, that the same like Great Britain and north Ireland.
     Me: oh, I understand!
    The buy: do you really do?
    Me: Almost, but why they are together?
    The boy: because England and Wales had same king, and after that they take with us to. Then we had Great Britain, and so Ireland joined us and we been United Kingdom. After a time Ireland don’t want to bee with us anymore, but north Ireland stay.
    Me: oh, tanks for all the information, but now I will take me some tea. Good bye!
    The boy: Bye, Siv!

    Day 1 - still home

    Dear diary!

    Today I am travel to Edinburgh, the capital in Scotland. Edinburgh looks like this:

    Edinburgh is the next biggest city in Scotland. Scotland is a part  of UK. 448 624 people live in Edinburgh, but when I come they are 448 624 + a backpacker.
    Now I eat my breakfast, bread and Norwegian Brown cheese. I think my breakfast been different tomorrow! I haft to go! Be back!

    Today I will talk about England!

    Some fun facts:
    -         The population is on 51 446 200 people.
    -         They love their tea.
    -         They speak English.
    -         They have a queen, Elisabeth 2.
    -         The English capital city is London.





    Geography:
    Where England lies?
    England is a part with United Kingdom and Great Britain. England, Scotland and Wales are also a part of Great Britain. England, Scotland, Wales and North Ireland is also a part of United Kingdom. England lies in Europe, west (look at the map). The areal is 394,54 km2. England have North Sea in north and Celtic Sea  in south. England and France bound together by a tunnel. The tunnel is called Channel Tunnel. France is not the only one who is bound together. England have Wales and Scotland neighboring countries.

     Climate?
    In England they have 0*C to 32*C. The weather is damp relativety often, but it can change. The coldest months are January and February. July is normally the warmest month. Months with mild to warm weather with least rainfall are May, June, September and October. The biggest influences on the climate of England comes from the proximity to the Atlantic Ocean.

    In 1th. they made statues, busts, glasswork and mosaics. In the Early Middle Ages it was populary to made crosses and ivories, manuscript painting, gold and enamel jewellery. Someone fight for the English art, but somone else want to replace the early renaissance style.

    Now Elisabeth 2. is the queen, but she is also over head of 16 countries. Sometimes the king had been king over a bigger area than England, like the Britsh empire. If you shoul bee in the royal family you most been:

    - Grandchildren of the monarch
